Celebrity chef, Scott Conant, partnered with LDV Hospitality to form Scott Conant Management. SCM is a multi-concept hospitality and management corporation, building and expanding a vertically integrated structure that creates, produces, markets and sells the “everyday luxury” lifestyle of products and services that are associated with Scott Conant. The expertise ranges from concept development to management of food service operations.

Scarpetta NYC was SCM’s first restaurant venture. Scarpetta NYC  debuted in Spring 2008 and, amongst other notable accolades, received a prestigious three star review from the New York Times. The follow up was a four star review for Scarpetta Miami, opened in December 2008 in the newly renovated Fontainebleau Hotel. In the summer of 2010, SCM opened Scarpetta in the Thompson Hotel in Toronto followed by a fourth location, Scarpetta Beverly Hills in October 2010. More recently, SCM debuted it's newest &  more casual concept, D.O.C.G. Enoteca, at the Cosmopolitan Resort in addition to Scarpetta Las Vegas in December 2010.
